Trying to add business class service

But I can't get in contact with anyone. I've tried for over a week and
all I get is either a busy signal or put on hold forever.

You'd think this would be fixed by now, TW has got to be losing
business over this.

Is there another number I can call instead of 695-3220 for business
class service?

Thanks,
Mitch

TWC has a monopoly, why would they care about you?

Let's not forget that it is government granted monopoly. There is another
side to this. Being in this position TWC also has a lot of regulations to
deal with that they would not have if the government did not protect them
from competition. Honestly, if there is anyone to get irritated with it
should be the government to lift the monopoly status for cable companies.

Or you can move like we did to an area where you can have both Cox and
Time Warner. I've got Cox so I can watch the Padres in HD and for my
basic channels, TW for my cable modem, and Directv for satellite. I'm
a complete mess!

Actually, if it can be done for certain areas, why not all? Existing
contracts? How long are they in effect?

All I know now however is that I can call Cox and get immediate
service if needed and can't even talk to a human at TW. I've got two
customers who need business class cable modem service pronto and I
can't even order it for them now. Trying to stay away from DSL hell
but may not have a choice if this continues.

We have a dedicated number solely for commercial service. It is 866-4-TWCBIZ
(866-489-2249). I ask that anyone who reads this please not call this number
to get support for residential issues. They don't have access to the
residential customer information and will not be able to transfer you to the
correct department. Thanks.

TR,

Thanks, got through and I'm adding the service now. The poor guy
helping me confirms that the residential customer service phone lines
are a complete mess and causing headaches.
