The download speed is in the acceptable range. While I have seen speeds in
the neighborhood of 4806464 bps, there isn't a significant difference
between that and what you reported.

On the other hand, you upload seems to have a problem. I would expect to
see something 20 times that fast. My upload is consistently at 368901 bps
which I believe is at or near the cap on uploads on standard service.

Retest at various times of the day and if your upload continues to be that
slow, shut everything off (modem, computer and router if you have one) and
try again. If it is still slow give support a call.
