The thing of it is: I see this on a giganews server, but it doesn't
appear on Orange.

Orange told me posting was not allowed on roadrunner.san.help, to
remove it from my groups. Then I responded to the post-it-anyway
message with yes, and it appeared on the giganews server almost
immediately.
