Hi,

Could someone point me to the website that lists the pricing for
business class service?

I used Roadrunner business class a couple of years ago to host some
Internet services but eventually switched to a full T1 since I had a problem
with RR's reliability. I'd lose connectivity for about five minutes at a
time at least a few times a month. Can anyone comment on whether or not RR
has attained business-level reliability yet?

The other thing I didn't care for was the lack of upstream bandwidth.
Their plans were so lopsided (i.e. 3Mbps down versus 384kbps up). Do they
yet offer anything with more upstream bandwidth (i.e. 5Mbps down x 2-3 Mbps
up)?

with that T1 comes a service level agreement (SLA) or it should. An SLA has
penalties for the provider for failing to meet the performance and
reliablility stated in the contract.

I would think that RR's business class has an SLA. If not, it's a
best-effort and not really business class.
