I've been overall satisfied with our TW service until the last few months.

Given that nobody is there to answer the phone when I call for tech support
(which isn't often), I wouldn't consider starting phone service with T/W in
a million years, no matter what sort of deals they were offering.

I've tried intermittently to call the T/W phone number for the last 3 days
and all I get is a busy signal.

After 10 years with T/W, we're finally looking for something else. This is
intolerable.

Forwarded this to Marketing Director.

Also, I forwarded your issue with a movie that wouldn't play to the main
admin of VOD.

Unlimited calling (U.S. & Canada)
Is this really a good deal? It seems excessive to me. For less than that
you can get a digital cell phone and make just as many calls and get all of
the features.

I haven't had phone service in a long time so I don't know what's normal for
a telephone at home anymore.

Phew.... for a moment there I was thinking, "Is this really what people are
paying for a phone at home these days?"

I can see the AOL influence on the corporation is still kicking.. charge
more for less!
