WTH?!?!?! More TW bs?

Ok, I get my monthly TW newsletter in my Inbox....for once I decide to read it.
I come across an article and link for a contest to win tickets to a Padres game.
I go to the site, enter my info and click the send button. I then get a page
that says:

"Thank You for your interest in Time Warner Cable's Padres Challenge. The
contest is officially over."

What the hell is this? Just to make sure I didn't wait too long before I read
my newsletter, I go back and check the rules. It says it's good until Sep. 18,
2005 with the drawing on the 19th. I want some answers. Who do I contact?

I get two a month. One for each mailbox on my account. I don't
remember signing up for it. It just appeared. Maybe if you don't know
about it, you have your spam filters turned up too high.
