Stale RR Network Problem Statuses?

I wonder why the San Diego RR network status web pages say that there are
two areas of the county with "red" status, Internet connectivity problems,
with a problem starting date in March and no ending date. Implication:
Chronic.

Actually, RR doesn't have anyone that knows how to update/maintain the
Status Page.
