Google Gmail Down or??

For the past 4-6 hours I have been having trouble connecting to
gmail.google.com via the web. It has been up and down, but mostly
down. Their POP service (pop.gmail.com) has been fine, though. I
have not been able to find anything on the net to say that Google has
been having problems. Is it RR? Should I directly insert the RR DNS
IPs into my router?
