I line in the center of Mira Mesa, right next to the rec. center. When I
go the the website I get the following message.

When I do a Tracert, my Cablemodem IP does not come up with a 24. address.

Hi Jim,
Yes, your IP from when you posted this on Sunday was 24.161.176.154.
Your Pc is what is pulling the IP. Your cable modem is pulling the 10
dot which is correct.

I researched your address, and unfortunately although you live in Mira
Mesa and have the 92126 zip, the area we call Scripps Ranch comes into
the Mira Mesa area just past Westonhill so you are right on the edge.
Your IP is from the router in Scripps Ranch so you won't be able to
trial BBTV.
