I switched to digital phone (and digital cable) service last week and it's
been nothing but problems. I have yet to go a 24 hour period without a
significant loss of Internet and Phone services (and sometimes Television)
since switching to the new service. My girlfriend and I have decided that
if the services remain working and available through the weekend, we'll keep
the new services. Otherwise, we're going back to our old television and
analog phone services.

So, if you're considering digital phone service, my advice is to consider it
well. In my opinion, it's just not ready for standard residential service.

Carl,
Because there is are symptoms with both phone and TV it is a cable issue
at your residence or outside your residence at the "tap". Please,
please call and let us get out and fix this! We can come out 7 days a week.

Thanks,

I have no experience with RR VOIP service but I use Lingo
(www.lingo.com) and it has been very good over RR connection. For $20.00
a month it even includes most western Europe and much more features than
other VOIP services. The featrue I like the most is voice mail could be
forward to you as an e-mail with wave file attachement. I am highly
recommend this service.

We can carry phone conversation to Euprope for more than 2 hours without
dropped call or even missing a sound.

Cheers,
