All,
Just to let you know that if you do experience a busy signal or longer
wait time, you can call anytime now 7 days a week. Our busiest times are
before most people go to work, around lunch hour at noon, and in the
evenings. If you need to call us at 858-695-3220, please consider
calling later in the evening, etc. to get through faster!

I always am sent to the national help desk no matter when I call day or
night. The skill level is lower than at the local level.
